Desert people have an inalienable trait in common: absolute obedience to the hierarchical authority. The reason is obvious: The grand warlord owned or still owns the local water well. Obey the warlord or die of thirst. The choice is all yours. Do not be mistaken to believe that only the man at the pinnacle is a tyrant. Tyranny functions according to pecking order theory. All members of such societies are tyrant- and a slave at the same time! Consequently, the present socio-political systems of the entire desert people is based on despotism.
World's arid lands are mostly located in North Africa, Arabia, Syria, Iran, Afghanistan, Karakum, Taklamkan, Gobi, Kalahari. These areas are regularly shown when TVs report weather forecasts. Wonder if humidity could somehow quench the extent of their deadly aggression?
According to Maslow or his followers, breathing, food, water, sex, sleep, homeostasis and excretion are physiological needs. If these needs are not met, the human body ceases functioning. Despite the fact that homes are connected to water pipes, the diehard culture of desert lands does not easily get disentangled. This trait is so intense that one may assume it might be implanted in their genes.
All warlords have their own laws. Genghis Khan's law was called 'Yasa'. However, some warlords discovered that a law is sustainable when connects the warlord to a supernatural, the same element that man eagerly embraced long time ago to take care of his fear of 'uncertainty'.

Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's…
Some people write or talk profusely about democracy. In their definition they claim democracy is achievable through laws. Well, Genghis Khan's 'Yasa' was strictly observed, but we cannot call his rules as democratic. Dictatorship and freedom do not mix. Today, if one opens his eyes, he can see the brands of slavery on the face of the affluent rich sons of despots pretending studying in Western Countries: their disgusting gestures of apple polishing or rather servitude, is visible. They ingratiate the instructors to get good grades. Instructors unabashedly accept gifts, a tax paid by the serf to the lord not to be harmed. Instructors interpret this as cultural good gesture.
If one leafs through so-called history books of the desert people, one finds these thick books replete with raping, torturing and killing. An event book, written 500 years ago, refers to activities of various warlords of Afghanistan and East Persia. To these warlords the only business that mattered was war, pivoted on plundering.
